Aruba Networks - Wireless LAN SolutionsAruba Remote Access Points

Aruba Remote Access Points (RAPs) provide secure always-on network access to corporate enterprise resources from remote locations.

Ideal for users in small branch offices and teleworkers in home offices, Aruba RAPs support wired and wireless connectivity, traffic forwarding traffic based on policy, user-centric security, and backup links over cellular networks.

As an integral part of the Aruba Virtual Branch Network solution, low-cost plug-and-play RAPs are installed by users at branch and home offices. Using a no-touch deployment approach, RAPs are easy to set up and require no IT assistance.

When connected, RAPs automatically extend corporate enterprise resources to branch and home office networks using site-to-site VPN tunnels from the central data center, where all configuration, management, authentication and reporting are handled by the Aruba Mobility Controller.

Simple, compact and affordable, centrally managed Aruba RAPs contribute significantly to network rightsizing by eliminating the need to deploy expensive branch office routers that increase complexity and operating costs.
